Principales installations

High-Performance Computing Research Facility: Houses powerful computer clusters for researchers. It includes one research cluster as well as three training infrastructures for parallel computing and advanced modelling.

Simulation Research Lab: This computer science lab creates computer-based simulations of complex real-world phenomena that enable scientists and engineers from many different fields to validate theories or perform virtual experiments that may be too costly or dangerous in the real world.

Grands projets

Genotype and Environment to Phenotype: Focuses on bioinformatics and computational approaches to deciphering the relationships between genotypes, environment, and phenotypes.

Data Analysis for Rapid Plant Phenotyping: Creates a software platform to discover and measure digital phenotypes – the phenotypic recognition package is similar to those used for facial recognition in humans.

Leveraging Field Phenomics for Advancing Key Rotational Crops: Focuses on the interaction of light with plants and plant canopies using drones and satellites for imaging crops, making imaging faster and more efficient.

Development and Evaluation of a Remote Robotic Ultrasound Clinic Model to Improve Access to medical Imaging in Rural Remote and Indigenous Communities: Focuses on development of robotic ultrasound clinics, enabling more patients to access ultrasound imaging in their home community.
