A program officer is assigned as your main contact to oversee the launch and ongoing administration of your award program. Each program officer has access to the administrative support of program assistants who process files and respond to information requests from candidates.
Applications and adjudication
Students submit their application and track its status through our secure, online platform. The online platform allows candidates to monitor their status through the application, adjudication and payment processes. Our dedicated support staff remain on standby to help them navigate the system and answer any questions.
Should your scholarship be renewable, we manage the award’s renewal process according to your program guidelines.
Financial management
Scholarship Partners Canada has existing payment distribution channels with universities, colleges and trade schools in Canada and the US. You can rest easy knowing we adhere to strict financial controls and sound financial management practices.
Our program sponsor portal provides accurate and up-to-date financial information about your scholarship program.
Annually, a program financial statement is provided with detailed reports of transactions at award holder and program level.
Program monitoring
We continuously monitor the progress of each scholarship program and provide you with key reporting annually. We work with you to conduct a program review to ensure the program is meeting its objectives.
Promotional support
We display your branding on our public-facing application portal, and our experienced team can provide advice, as needed, on how to promote your scholarship program and reach qualified applicants.
Recipient selection
We manage your selection process in a cost-efficient, fair and transparent manner. When required, we recruit experts in specific fields to service on our arms-length selection committees.
