Applications and adjudication

Applicants to your scholarship program will have access to Scholarship Partners Canada’s online application system which allows them to enter their information and submit their application and supporting documents through a secure link on Universities Canada’s website.

The Scholarship Partners Canada team will send correspondence to all applicants confirming the receipt of their application and directing them to their online account. The online account allows students to monitor the status of their application throughout the application, adjudication and payment processes.

To protect the integrity of the program and ensure that standards of fairness are met, strict deadlines are established and respected throughout the process.

Scholarship Partners Canada will use its online application system to ensure applicants meet the minimum eligibility criteria established and identify any applicant whose application package is not complete. Scholarship Partners Canada will correspond with the applicant to ensure they have a chance to upload all the required documentation prior to the deadline date.
