Program monitoring
Throughout the scholarship year, Scholarship Partners Canada monitors the progress of each scholarship program through the application, adjudication, renewal and payment cycles. Scholarship Partners Canada will bring any challenges or issues of concern to the attention of the scholarship sponsors. We will produce key reports to provide feedback on program activity.
Each year, the program officer and a representative of your organization will undertake a program review during which the successes and challenges of the past year are reviewed. Scholarship Partners Canada, together with the scholarship sponsor will review and update as required the application, program guidelines, as well as the policies and procedures used throughout the program year.
Providing a complete annual review of each program guidelines and application processes facilitates the effort on our program sponsor’s part and allows us to manage timelines and expectations. The program review stage sets a scholarship program up for maximum success in its next annual cycle.
